What is the Season for an Alaskan Fishing Charter
Our Alaska Salmon and Halibut charter fishing season is from May thru early September. You can choose the time of year that you like to fish by the Salmon species you want to target.
*May and June are Southeast Alaska King Salmon Fishing
*July, August, and early September is predominantly Coho Salmon Fishing (Silvers).
Halibut, Rock Cod, and Yellow Eye are available all season long. A Ling Cod Closure is in effect from June 15th thru August 15th. Ling Cod Re-Opens August 16th. There is a slot limit for Ling Cod. During the Ling Cod opening, Ling Cod between 30 to 40 inches may be retained.
