Oil
1 Jar of Crespi & Figli Genoa Pesto
1 lemon cut into 4 wedges
Preheat broiler with rack set 4" from the heat source. Lightly Oil broiling pan.
Rinse Fillets and pat dry ~
Place Halibut Fillets on pan & cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until opaque throughout.
Place Fillets on individual plates and top each Fillet with a spoonful of Genoa Pesto.
Add a Lemon Wedge to each plate.
Serves 4. |
