| Detail: | 2 Large Crabs - Cracked
1 lb Shrimp - Shelled, and De-Veined
1 Dozen Fresh Small Clams
1/2 Pound Halibut - cut into 1 inch cubes
3 Cloves of Garlic - chopped
1 Large Onion - diced
3 Tablespoons of Fresh parsley - chopped
1/2 Teaspoons of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoons Sweet basil
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
16 Ounce Tomato Paste
1 Gallon of Water
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Saute the Garlic and Onion with the Olive Oil in a large pot until soft. Add Tomato Paste, Water, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Sugar, and Basil. Stir well and simmer 40 minutes. Add all Seafood and cook for 15 minutes. |
