6 Slices Smoked Halibut
6Ounces Cooked Peeled Prawns, Finely Chopped
4 Ounce Low Fat Soft Cream Cheese
3 Tablespoons Mayonaise
1 Inch Piece Root Ginger, Peeled and Finely Chopped
Few Drops of Fresh Lime Juice
Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Fresh Dill
1. Place all the ingredients except the halibut in a small bowl and mix together gently.
2. Place the fish slices onto a board and spread the mixture evenly over each slice.
3. Roll up, wrap in cling film and chill 2-3 hours.
4. Slice the halibut rolls into 1cm/half inch pinwheels and garnish with dill.
5. Serve as hors d'oeuvres, or part of a starter. |
