1 and 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 16 Ounce Package of Stirfry Vegetables
2 Roma Tomatos, cut into Wedges

Sauce
1/4 cup Water
2 Tablespoons Lite Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Rice
To Prepare -
*Cut fish into 1 inch boneless cubes.
* Heat Olive Oil in Large Skillet. Add Vegetables. Cook over medium heat 4 minutes stirring frequently. Add Halibut. Cook 2 minutes.
* Combine water, Soy Sauce, Cornstarch, and pepper in a small bowl. Add Halibuit mixture
* Cook until sauce is thick; add Tomatos durring last minutes of cooking. Serve over steamed Rice
