The Juice of 1 Fresh Lemon
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Marjoram
1/2 Cup Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
1/2 Cup Celery, Chopped Thinly
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Teaspoons Caraway Seeds
1/2 Cup White Wine
Put Halibut Fillets in a shallow baking dish. Squeeze on Lemon. Season with Salt, Pepper, and Marjoram.
Allow Halibut to marinate for 1 hour, turning once.
Saute' Onions and Celery in Butter until tender. Spread sauteed' Onions and Celery over Halibut Fillets. Sprinkle on Caraway Seeds.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Add White Wine and bake for 10 more minutes.
