| Title: | Salmon Loaf with a Parsly Sauce |
| Detail: | 1 Pound of Alaskan Wild Salmon
2/3 Cup Undiluted Evaporated Milk
2 Cups Soft Breadcrumbs
1 Egg, Beaten
1 Tbsp Minced Parsley
2 Tbsp Minced Salmon
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Chili Powder
¼ Tsp Tabasco Sauce
Beat Egg and beat in Milk. Stir in Onion, Bread Crumbs, P-rsley and seasonings. Stir in Salmon and mix well.
Grease heavily a loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, or until center is firm. Slice and serve with Parsley Sauce.
Parsley Sauce:
Mix one (11 oz) can Cream of Celery Soup with 1/3 cup whole Milk and 2 Tablespoons Minced Parsley. Heat to simmer. |
