1/4 Cup Melted Butter 2 Tablespoons Honey 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice 6 [4 to 6-ounce] Halibut Fillets
Salt
Black Pepper Assortment of Vegies for Skewering
Whisk together Dijon-Style Mustard, Melted Butter, Honey and Lemon Juice.
Season Halibut with Salt and Pepper.
Brush both sides of Halibut with Honey-Mustard Mixture.
Cut Halibut into 1-inch chunks; thread onto skewers, alternately with an assortment of cut Vegetables.
Barbecue or Broil, until done. |
