| Detail: | 8 Ounces Salmon
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoon Chopped Onion
1/2 Teaspoon Basil *
1 9" Pie Shell * Tarragon or oregano may be sustituted
Bake Pie Shell for 10 minutes at 375 degrees F (It will not be brown).
Sprinkle Onion, Cheese and Flaked Salmon on bottom of the pie shell. Mix Milk, Eggs and seasoning; pour over the ingredients in the Pie Shell.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. |
