| Detail: | • 2 cloves garlic
• 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 6 Tbsp. corn oil
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
• 6 halibut fillets, 1 inch thick
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over Halibut.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Place Halibut on grill and cook 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
