| Title: | Orange Glazed Halibut |
| Detail: | 1 1/2 Pound Halibut Fillets (1 inch thick)
2 Tablespoons Green Onion, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
4 Teaspoons of Cornstarch
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon Instant Chicken Bouillon Granules
1/2 Teaspoon Saalt
1 Orange, Peeled. Sectioined,,, Diced
1/2 Orange, Thinly Sliced, as a garnish
Garnish; Fresh Parsley and Orange Slices
Place Halibut in a Glazed baking dish. Saute Onion in Butter until tender. Blend in the Cornstarch. Add Orange Juice, Bouillon, and Salt. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in diced Orange, pour over Halibut. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until Halibut flakes. Remove Halibut from oven, and place on a serving Platter. Spoon Sauce from baking dish, and pour over Halibut. Garnish with Fresh Parsley Sprigs, and Twist Orange Slices.
