| Detail: | 1 lb Halibut Fillets
1 qt Boiling Water
1 tbl Salt
1/2 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1/4 Cup Sliced Stuffed Olives
1 tsp Grated Onion
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Prepared Mustard
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Dash Pepper
6 Buttered Hard Rolls
Place Halibut in boiling salted water.
Cover and return to the boiling point; simmer for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Drain.
Remove any skin and bones. Flake.
Combine all ingredients except Rolls. Chill.
Fill Rolls with fish mixture.
