Title:Sitka Salmon Melts ~ Excellent!
Detail:14 Ounces of Pre - Baked Alaskan Salmon, Skin removed, Boned, and Flaked and Drained.

1/3 Cup Low~Fat Mayonnaise

1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley

1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt

1/4 Tsp Celery Seed

1-1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided as evenly as possible, into 2 piles.

3 to 4 English Muffins Split


SPREAD;

Mix Salmon and Mayonnaise, Parsley, Lemon Juice, Seasoned Salt, and Celery Seed, and 1/2 of the Cheese.

SANDWICH:

Set your oven to Broil

Lightly toast the English Muffins on a baking sheet about 5 inches from heat.

Spoon 1/4 cup of the Salmon mixture for 8 servings or 1/3 cup for 6 servings onto each toasted muffin half. Top with remaining Cheese.

Broil 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese melts and is lightly browned.

Using Pepper-Jack or Swiss Cheese is a nice variation!
